The practice of smudging has deep roots in indigenous cultures and is revered for its ability to purify both physical and spiritual environments, promoting balance, harmony, and well-being.

Smudge sticks or bundles are used in various spiritual and cleansing rituals to purify and cleanse spaces, objects, or individuals. Typically made from dried herbs such as white sage, cedar, or palo santo, these bundles are ignited and the smoke is fanned around the area or person being cleansed.  The smoke is believed to carry negative energy, stagnant emotions, or unwanted influences away, leaving behind a sense of clarity, peace, and renewal.
